
My Mission
Through quality information, resources and education I plan to promote kettlebells in Denmark as an efficient tool for sports clubs and fitness centers, alongside regular strength training. I also wish to help develop Kettlebell Sport in Scandinavia.
My Vision
I want to become Denmark's leading kettlebell trainer and educator, and to coach competitive athletes at the international level.

My Training Philosophy
I believe a good training program should increase athletic abilities and performance, strength, endurance, flexibility, health and well-being, while improving body composition. Restitution should be planned in the program too.
I do not train or recommend training exclusively with kettlebells. Regular strength training has its place and goals dictate the methods of choice.In my opinion, training should be fun and challenging, so that it becomes an enjoyable and rewarding lifestyle, and not a chore.
Other tools are incorporated in my training, and I stay active with outdoor activities such as mountain biking, scuba diving and skiing.
